NORO Lab is a pop-up supper club, revolving around the concept of tasting menu. As a culinary laboratory, we specialise in culinary research and constantly experiment with different ingredients combinations. Here at NORO we are environmnetally conscious, always striving for a sustainable dining practice.
The tales of N.T.P.D go way back.
It began with a simple mutual love for food and science. Whether it was a class project or a labsession, we all shared with one another our passion.
Years later, as we approached our senior year of high school, we decided to elevate home cooking to new heights. Reuniting around the same flame that first brought us together, it felt as though no time hadpassed.
We set our sights on an ambitious goal: creating a tasting menu, the epitome of fine dining experiences.The true purpose of this highly anticipated project will be disclosed in due time.
This endeavor showcases our current prowess in culinary arts. Drawing from our diverse backgrounds—including professional kitchen experience and advanced scientific knowledge—we ensure aunique blend of skills and perspectives.

For the first edition of NORO, we are delighted to feature the menu 4 SEASONS. As the dinner party progress, guests are taken to different phases of the year NORO. Each season features a range of dishes highlighting its special characteristics: Growth - Intensity - Coziness - Cold Warmth
Phong’s culinary journey spans years of home cooking, experience in an artisanal bakery, and collaborations with head chefs for special events in professional settings. This hands-on experience is complemented by his scientific background, which includes publishing research papers, working as an intern research assistant at various institutions, and achieving Finalist status in the International Research Olympiad.
For Phong, cooking is more than just a craft—it's an intricate dance between art and science. This perspective informs his approach to gastronomy, allowing him to push boundaries and explore innovative culinary techniques.
